The investment objective is to provide total returns at least 300 basis points in excess of the MSCI US REIT Total Return Index (RMS)* over a 12-month period. These portfolios are concentrated and seek to combine the most attractively priced core real estate companies with a mix of under-followed, out-of-favor and out-of-cycle companies.
